Call for Projects
This call for projects is for community forests that are in any stage of development. It is open to tribal, local government, and non-profit organizations that are seeking to manage their community forest for local benefit.

The Community Forest Budget Proviso
The Washington Legislature asked the Department of Natural Resources to study community forestry as a way to provide and enhace locally-driven economic, social, and environmental benefits. DNR will be presenting a prioritized list of emerging community forest projects to the Legislature.
